Established in 1989 as a not-for-profit association, CORFAC is a network of independently-owned commercial real estate firms.  CORFAC firms have approximately 1,000 employees in 60+ markets in North America.  In association with FIABCI (the International Real Estate Federation) and Global Affiliates in Australia, Belgium, Germany, Greece, England, India, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Romania, and Russia, CORFAC International has a market reach to 65 countries worldwide.

CORFAC operates differently than peer companies and organizations in that all multi-market assignments are directly co-managed by the client relationship broker and the collaborating broker without gatekeepers and corporate interference.  Referred business is all done on an elective basis by the referring broker –a significant client advantage that assures the best-in-class commercial real estate service provider will manage transactions and deliver positive results with total accountability.  In addition, affiliate firms and brokers keep 100% of their fees, which encourages CORFAC affiliates to do even more business with each other.
