Bio

Mr. Watkins brings his twenty-five years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate advisory and brokerage services, along with fifteen years in the CPA profession, to the King team. Joining King in 2000, he specializes in the North Metro Atlanta area, and experience includes industrial and commercial leasing, purchase/sale of improved properties, land, and build to suit projects. Previously, he was in the Private Company – Entrepreneurial Group with EY, an international CPA firm, for thirteen years as Senior Manager practicing financial, tax and business advisory services. Mr. Watkins has served clients in an annual average of $6,000,000 in value of real estate transactions the past several years. The transactions are in the range of $250,000 to $7,700,000. This encompassed buildings and land sales, Build-To-Suit projects, as well as tenant and owner lease transactions.
