As a licensed real estate agent, I specialize in industrial warehouse space for lease, sale or purchase. My most important goal is building quality and trustworthy relationships with my clients. Real estate has always been a special interest resulting in the buying and selling of personal properties throughout my career. Prior to joining King Realty, I owned and operated a business for 25 years. Having been a business owner, I realize the importance of building sound relationships with my clients. During my 25 years of owning my business, I have been involved in negotiating many business contracts, giving me valuable experience to work for my clients’ best interest.
