While CORFAC’s face-to-face Summer Affiliate Meeting in Dublin has been postponed until next year, we are pleased to announce that CORFAC is hosting an International Affiliate Virtual Summer Meet-Up this July 15-16 in its place!

All international members are encouraged to attend to help foster camaraderie and encourage knowledge-sharing among CORFAC’s international group.

Two sessions will be held, one on each day. To accommodate time zones, each session will be held three times per day (you only need to attend one session each day). Outlook invitations will be sent directly to members in each region for ease of scheduling.

July 15: Value of CORFAC Session

Join President Alan Joel, CCIM, of Joel and Granot/CORFAC International in Atlanta, Georgia, and Vice President Joe Latina, of Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International in Wilmington, Delaware, as they share their insight on the value of CORFAC as a referral network and the organization's value beyond the referrals. Come prepared to share your experiences -- and with any questions you may have -- as this session will be interactive.

July 16: Members Town Hall Session

The Members Town Hall session will allow the participants dedicated time to talk and interact with each other. Each session will be broken down into smaller “breakout rooms” so attendees can benefit from small group discussion. Topics to be discussed include:

• Sources of new business/opportunities in light of the changing market
• Emerging sales and leasing trends in light of COVID-19
• Top concerns commercial real estate users are facing and advising your clients on those issues
• Marketing your services and landing top quality assignments
