L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International in Troy, Michigan, facilitated the leasing of the commercial property located at 34480 Commerce Road to Specialties Manufacturing Co. Specialties Manufacturing was founded in 1932 in Detroit, Michigan, and specializes in manufacturing switches, circuit breakers and indicator lights for the transportation and marine industries. Specialties Manufacturing is now expanding into this 22,825 square foot building in Fraser, Michigan, as the company continues to grow. Joe DePonio, SIOR, and Jason Capitani, CCIM, SIOR, coordinated this long-term lease agreement, representing the landlord in this transaction.
