Just months after becoming the new CORFAC International affiliate in Silicon Valley, Meacham/Oppenheimer CORFAC International has pulled off the unofficial record for completing a referral transaction with another CORFAC affiliate (TRI Commercial/CORFAC International) so soon after joining. Jim Perrell and Brian Pavey of TRI Commercial/CORFAC International represented the seller and Keon Vossoughi of Meacham/Oppenheimer CORFAC International represented the buyer in the $1.7 sale of 1100 E. Bidwell St. in Folsom, CA.  The retail building is 3,200 square feet on .57 acres and the purchase price amounts to $518/square foot.
