ATLANTA, GA, March 8, 2010—King Industrial Realty, Inc./CORFAC International today announced that it represented Display Fixture Warehouse in the purchase of the 157,000 square foot office/warehouse facility located at 4970 Fulton Industrial Boulevard in Atlanta, Georgia.  

 

Bradley G. Bays, sales associate of King Industrial Realty, Inc., represented Miles Whitlock, President of Display Fixture Warehouse, in the purchase of the facility. The seller, General Electric Capital, was represented by Denton Shamburger of Lincoln Property Company. 

 

Mr. Whitlock commented, "Business has really started picking back up, giving us the opportunity to take advantage of a soft commercial real estate market. With the help of King Industrial Realty showing us every deal out there, we were able to finally locate the perfect facility for Display Fixture Warehouse to maximize our production."

 

Totaling 157,000 square feet, the facility is located on 7.79 acres in the Fulton Industrial submarket of Atlanta, and just a short distance from Camp Creek Parkway and the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
