CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Hayim Mizrachi, CCIM, of MDL Group/CORFAC International in Las Vegas, NV, began his term as 2023 President of the organization on January 1. Additional officers include Vice President David Boyd, CCIM, SIOR, of Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International in Houston, TX; Treasurer Daniel Shindleman, CCIM, MRICS, of Bridgemer AG/CORFAC International in Wollerau, Switzerland; and Secretary Joe Santaularia of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International in Dallas, TX. 

As Partner and President of MDL Group/CORFAC International, Mizrachi oversees all brokerage activity including sales and leasing. Founded in 1989, MDL is a leading commercial real estate services provider in Southern Nevada that focuses on commercial property management, brokerage sales, and leasing for companies and investors. 

An experienced leader, Mizrachi has served as President of the NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter, Commercial Marketing Group, and Commercial Alliance Las Vegas. He holds the CCIM designation and has served as CORFAC’s Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary in addition to serving on the organization’s Executive Committee and Standards of Excellence Committee.
