A couple of weeks ago, 2013 CORFAC President Bill Hawkins, SIOR of Chas. Hawkins Co, Inc./CORFAC International led a webinar for our Next Gen brokers. Bill lead a session on Building a Real Estate portfolio as part of our new “Ask the Expert” webinar series for young brokers.
Bill was asked to talk about his experience with his real estate portfolio in Nashville. He started with a case study of Chas. Hawkins, then talked about finding funding and working with the right partners. He also shared some documents that were great examples of how he determines if a deal will earn money or not. It was a great introduction to Real Estate Portfolios, with one of CORFAC’s leaders.
