CORFAC Awards: Rewarding Excellence

CORFAC International recognizes our family members twice a year with the following recognition programs:

COR$TAR Awards (Spring)

Awards are given to CORFAC members who closed the top member-to-member referral transactions (Largest Dollar Value and Largest Square Footage) in the Office, Industrial, Retail, Investment, and International categories. The individual broker with the most outbound CORFAC referrals and the firm with greatest number of outbound CORFAC referrals in the previous year are also honored. 

CORFAC Member Excellence Awards (Fall)

Individuals in the network are recognized with four special Member Excellence Awards for their dedication, leadership and service.

The awards include:

Charlie King MVP Award: This award is given to an individual nominated by CORFAC's President who exemplifies devoted and exceptional service to CORFAC. The President's selection recognizes the Most Valuable Player for his/her term as president or a person who has made substantial contributions to the development of our network.

Olen Monsees Award: The late Olen Monsees (1940-2012) was President of Karbank Real Estate Company/CORFAC International in Kansas City, MO, and a CORFAC colleague since 1989.  The Olen Monsees Award recognizes an individual member who goes above and beyond the call of duty without being asked and is considered an unsung hero of the network.

Thomas B. Hayes Jr. Award: This award recognizes individuals who share creativity and innovation within the CORFAC network. The award was established in 2003 to honor the late Tom Hayes who, as a Principal of Integrated Corporate Property Services/CORFAC International, was consistently on the cutting edge of technology and shared his knowledge with CORFAC colleagues.

Steven H. Podolsky International Award: The Steven H. Podolsky International Award recognizes an international member who goes above and beyond to expand the visibility, collaboration and reach of CORFAC globally. The award is named after founding member Steven H. Podolsky, SIOR, for his commitment and dedication to growing the international affiliates within CORFAC.
