CORFAC is headed to San Francisco. And we have a special guest speaker at our COR$TAR Anniversary Dinner Friday, March 28! California State Assembly Member Phil Ting, who is also the former Assessor-Recorder of the City and County of San Francisco, will talk about innovation, technology, and how California attracts foreign investments.
Ting currently chairs the Assembly Select Committee on Asia/California Trade and Investment Promotion and co-chairs the San Francisco Advisory Board for ChinaSF, a public-private partnership dedicated to creating economic development opportunities by making San Francisco the gateway for Chinese companies looking to establish business operations in the Bay Area. He began his career as a real estate financial advisor, gaining practical and hands-on experience in fiscal management and property assessments while working at Arthur Andersen and CB Richard Ellis.
