What characteristics do ethical leaders possess? How do they use these tenets to drive change in an organization? Join CORFAC for a free one-hour webinar on November 11 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern hosted by CoreNet Global’s Don Levonius that will explore these questions and more:
Tone @ the Bottom: 5 Frontline Indicators of Organizational Ethics
Tone at the top, wherein senior leadership sets the ethical tone for the organization, is imperative. But to rely solely on those at the top to drive organizational ethics, or to assume their ethical tone is evidence of ethical behavior, would be naïve. The ethical tone at the bottom more accurately reflects the moral compass of an organization because employee expectations, decisions, and actions are a derivative of it. The webinar will examine five leadership priorities that provide valuable insight on the ethical attitude of leaders at the top and indicate whether their actions are driving ethical behavior among employees.
