Is your city environmentally sustainable? Is it socially vulnerable? Does it have adaptive capacity? Grosvenor’s Resilient Cities study, which looks at these factors and more, was released at the Urban Land Institute’s Spring Meeting this month. Canadian cities – Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary – ranked most resilient. Chicago was the top city in the U.S. Most European cities are considered resilient.
The study may help in evaluating cities for long-term real estate investment.
