Bio

Tony Letvinchuk has 23 years experience operating commercial real estate companies and brings diversified experience in all facets of managing, leasing, selling and financing income producing properties and development sites in British Columbia. Tony joined Macdonald Commercial in 1998 as Vice President and was appointed as President of the company in 2001. Prior to joining Macdonald Commercial, he was Vice President of Prospero International Realty Inc.; a prominent Vancouver based Real Estate Company where he enjoyed a 17 year career. Tony graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1981 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and received a diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC in 1983. He is a recipient of the Matthew Henderson Memorial Shield, Outstanding student, UBC Faculty of Commerce (shared); and Blythe Eagles Volunteer Board, UBC Alumni Association. Tony has been active in the community previously serving as President of Commerce Undergraduate Society, UBC; President of UBC Commerce Alumni Association, Director of the Arthritis Society of BC and Yukon Division, and Director of the Non Partisan Association (NPA). Tony is a member of the Real Estate Institute of BC (holding the R.I. (BC) professional real estate designation), National Association of Industrial Office Properties, Surrey Chamber of Commerce and Vancouver Board of Trade, and he is the REIBC Representative of the Real Estate Council Property Management Advisory Group. As a Director of Corfac International, an alliance of 2,000 commercial real estate professionals in major markets worldwide, Tony represents Macdonald Commercial for British Columbia.
