Bio

Scott Hensley, CCIM, SIOR is one of Charlotte’s leading commercial real estate service providers and specializes in the industrial marketplace by serving buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords and developers with their real estate requirements. As part of Charlotte’s business community since 1994, Scott uses his real estate experience, local relationships and market knowledge to quickly and efficiently evaluate client needs, educate them on current market conditions and help them make good real estate decisions. Scott understands his client’s most valuable asset is their time and throughout each transaction continually looks for ways to add value and save the client time. His project experience ranges from working with the existing property inventory to taking raw land through the entitlement and zoning process to full development and occupancy. He frequently engages local city planners, general contractors, architects, project managers, attorneys, surveyors, ED representatives, environment consultants and other specialists to assist his clients with their projects and get them to the finish line. Scott joined Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International in 1999 and began his real estate career in Charlotte with Walker Real Estate Group. Earlier in his professional life, he worked in sales and marketing with IBM in Richmond and Roanoke, Virginia.
