Michael (Mike) Hemphill, principal of the Andover Company for 24 years, has been involved in the sale and/or leasing of over 5 million square feet of space and in excess of $250 million in investment sales. Mike has represented numerous distinguished national and local companies during his career, including Benaroya Properties, Levi Strauss, The Boeing Company, Zones, Inc., Nordstrom, Tesoro Petroleum, and TriMet Development. Prior to joining The Andover Company, Mike was a PGA golf professional at Sahalee Country Club in Redmond, Washington. Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University and went on to earn a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. Mike has been actively involved in Sammamish Little League, Washington State Junior Golf and Issaquah Parks and Recreation through volunteering and coaching. He has been married for 22 years and has four children.
