Bio

David (Dave) Dunn, CCIM, has been actively involved in the leasing and sale of commercial property in the Kent Valley since 1983. He has participated in over 8,000,000 SF of lease and sale transactions, in addition to selling over 500 acres of commercial land. Dave’s experience and in-depth knowledge of the development processes enables him to understand both sides of lease and sale transactions thoroughly, affording him the ability to fully represent his clients. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Washington. He also is a CCIM Designee and is actively involved in the Kent Chamber of Commerce, NAIOP, NAR, University of Washington Alumni Association and the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity Alumni Association.
