Eric has 31 years of experience in the Phoenix metropolitan commercial real estate market. Eric has specialized in the leasing and sales of office and industrial income producing properties, sales and leasing of new development projects and the development and sales of business parks. Mr. Jones is highly respected throughout the real estate industry because of his honesty, strong sense of fairness and the ability to "get the deal done." In each of the last five years he has consistently averaged over 154 transactions that are valued over $40,000,000.00. Born and raised in Arizona Eric is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in finance. Eric and his wife Kim have been married for 28 years and have six children. Their pride and joy is their family; any free time is spent working family projects together, boating, snow skiing and traveling. Eric has served nineteen years in the Boy Scouts of America as a scout master and District Commissioner, while continuing to serve as an adult leader in his church.
