Tim started his career with King Industrial in 2004. As a licensed real estate agent, Tim specializes in industrial warehouse space for lease, sale or purchase. His most important goal is building quality and trustworthy relationships with his clients. Real estate has always been a special interest resulting in the buying and selling of personal properties throughout his career. Prior to joining King Industrial, Tim owned and operated his own business for 25 years. Having been a business owner, he realizes the importance of building sound relationships with his clients. During his 25 years of owning his own business, he has been involved in negotiating many business contracts, giving him valuable experience to work for his client’s best interest.
