Bio

Bruce has lived in British Columbia all his life. He has traveled extensively throughout the province with work and is well connected in most communities. Bruce has specialized in real estate investment brokerage since 1984. He achieved the CCIM designation in 1997 and currently holds an Associate Broker license. Bruce does business in all corners of the province and is not afraid to take on difficult projects. He specializes primarily in cash flow properties and has sold in excess of 2000 apartment units to date. Bruce's past clientele includes such noteworthy companies as Telus, Petrocanada, BC Rail, Acklands, Budget Storage, Westfair Properties, Ritchie Bros., BC Lands and Housing Corp, CMHC, HSBC, BC Building Corp, Peoples Trust and West Fraser Mills to name a few.
