Bio

Dianne joined the administrative staff of Capacity Commercial Group in November 2010. She supports a team of six brokers, three of which are CCG Principals, with a focus on Office Leasing and Sales. She brings her varied commercial real estate background to CCG which spans 17 years in property management, brokerage, and executive level support. She demonstrates her “can do” spirit every day by excelling in organizational efficiencies, developing marketing platforms, multi-tasking, and providing acute attention to detail, which is a requirement for managing her day-to-day workflow. As an added benefit to the Office Team, Dianne obtained her Real Estate Broker’s license in May 2013 and assists with space tours, as needed. She works daily at broadening the scope of her industry knowledge to enhance the level of support she provides her team members at Capacity.
