Langdon prides himself on his knowledge of local markets and his tenacity in closing deals. He has been involved in commercial real estate since 2006 and focuses primarily on Industrial, Retail and Office sales & leasing in the Southeast Valley. Langdon has successfully negotiated and closed over 1 million square feet of Office, Industrial, & Retail transactions. Langdon is a 30 year resident of Arizona and currently resides with his wife of 8 years Heather and their 3 children in Gilbert. Langdon maintains that the results of his successes in business and life are due to hard work, smart work, and a positive attitude. Langdon is a Graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a degree in Business Administration, and is fluent in Portuguese & proficient in Spanish.
