Bio

In his 27-year real estate career, John has successfully completed over 6.2 million SF of leases and sales of office and flex product, and he's just getting started. Before joining Capacity as Principal, as its Managing Director, John helped transform the Portland office of Colliers International into one of the market's top firms. In 2004, John received national attention when he won the SIOR Office Deal of 2004 Award for his work with Moss Adams, LLP. In 2007, John closed in excess of $134M of Investment Real Estate. Notable transactions included the $68M AmberGlen Business Park and the $33.1M sale of ADP Plaza. The Commercial Associations of REALTORS recognized John as the runner up to the Investment Broker of the Year award.
