Bio

Stephanie is a driven, dependable, trusting employee with a great work ethic. With over 22 years of experience and knowledge in the industrial real estate market she brings a lot to the King Industrial team. From working at the front reception desk, working in research inputting data and keeping our database up to date, helping with property management and now running the listing department. In her current role of listing coordinator, she oversees all things listings for the company. From ordering signs, creating flyers, postcards, updating listing services, supporting over 18 agents in the main office and so much more. Prior to King Industrial, Stephanie worked for a traffic engineering company supporting traffic engineers in the Atlanta office. Stephanie also is a hair designer and continues to work part time a few days a week. Stephanie currently lives in Gwinnett County where she was born and raised. She enjoys working out, running 5k races and being with friends and family.
