Michael T. Grant is a Senior Vice President for Bradford in Dallas, and focuses on agency leasing, tenant representation, and general brokerage activities in the Northeast Corridor. Prior to joining Bradford. Mr. Grant's career has spanned over twenty (20) years working in the DFW Metro Area and Northeast Corridor for TIG Real Estate and Robert Lynn Company. He has closed over 500 transactions representing more than 11 million square feet and $100 million in total volume. Having been involved in all phases of industrial real estate including landlord and tenant representation, corporate client services, land and investment sales, Michael has also played a prominent role in developing for institutional partners over 1 million square feet of office/warehouse product in the DFW Metroplex. Mr. Grant represents institutional leasing investors such as: Kennedy Associates, CB Richard Ellis Investors, Hillwood Investment Properties, The RREEF Funds, American Industrial Properties, AMB Industrial Trust, GE Capital, Cohen Asset Management, PS Business Parks, ING Clarion, Cobalt Capital Partners, Dividend Capital Trust and Sentinel Real Estate Corporation. Corporate service clients include such nationally known tenants as Goodyear Tire, Eckerd's, TCI Cablevision, Inmar, Inc., Watters and Watters, Inc., Pride Mobility Products and IND - Acme. With extensive experience and attention to detail, Mr. Grant provides Bradford unparalleled project leasing and corporate services for both our existing clients and new customers. Michael has been consistently named as one of the Dallas Business Journal's Heavy Hitters in DFW Commercial Real Estate . Michael is a candidate member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) and is in the final stages of pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation conferred by the 8,500-member organization. A Fort Worth native, he is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University; sits on his local Board of Directors of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, and is an active member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), the North Texas CCIM Chapter (NTCCIM) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). In his spare time Michael enjoys coaching his son and daughter's numerous sporting teams. Michael's volunteer activities include serving on the board of the Daffron Elementary PTA, teaching Sunday Youth School and serving the Inviting Ministry at St. Andrew United Methodist Church in Plano as a Greeter/Guide as well as working as a North Texas Ambassador for ShelterBox USA, an international relief organization dedicated to providing shelter, warmth, and dignity to survivors of disaster and conflict worldwide. Michael lives in Plano with his wife Rebecca, son Grayson and daughter Gentry.
