Erik Blais joined Bradford Companies in 2011 and serves as Vice President for the firm’s Fort Worth office division, specializing in office project leasing in the Arlington, Mid-Cities, and Greater Fort Worth submarkets. Additionally, Erik’s responsibilities include new business development, tenant representation, and acquisition/disposition advisory services. Erik has over twelve (12) years of commercial brokerage experience and since 2013 has completed over 200 transactions totaling over $50 million in value. Erik is a native of the North Texas area and attended the University of Arizona where he majored in Political Science.
