Bio

Alistair is Farebrother's Senior Partner. He provides Strategic Property Advice to a wide variety of property owners and occupier businesses across Central London and the UK and is a specialist in the London Midtown market. He provides Leasing, Acquisition, Disposal, Development and Investment advice to private Estates, as well as Institutions, Funds and Property Companies.

Alistair’s recent instructions include Oxford Properties' acquisition of a 50% stake in MidCity Place, 71 High Holborn, WC1, and UK & European's development and leasing of 1 Kingsway, WC2, on behalf of the Lewis Family Trust. Current advisory roles for property owners include the refurbishment and re-letting of 120 Holborn, EC1, Strand Bridge House, 138-142 Strand, WC2, and The Holborn Links Estate, 1 Southampton Row, WC1.

Alistair's Occupier clients include Lewis Silkin, haysmacintyre, Crowe Clark Whitehill, J A Kemp, Farrer & Co, Saffery Champness, Parabis and The Kennel Club.

Alistair helped lead The Circle Initiative set up by the Central London Partnership and the London Development Agency to deliver Business Improvement Districts (BIDS) within Central London. He is a former Chairman of the InMidtown BID, Chancery Lane Association and the Midtown Business Club and presently advises the Northbank and Hatton Garden Business Improvement Districts.

He is a Freeman of the City of London, Real Estate advisor to The Worshipful Society of Apothecaries of London, a member of the Court of The Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors and a Trustee of The Garden Bridge Trust.
