Richmond Collinsworth is a Senior Vice President – Managing Partner for Bradford Companies and specializes in Landlord Advisory which includes Office Project Leasing, Acquisitions, and Dispositions. Additionally, Richmond handles Brokerage and Tenant Representation requirements for his Clients. Mr. Collinsworth has more than thirteen (13) years of Real Estate experience and has completed over 500+ transactions worth over $350,000,000. Richmond has been honored as a consistent Top Producer at Bradford, DCEO Power Brokers by D magazine, & Dallas Business Journal Heavy Hitters. Richmond grew up in Midland, Texas in the family business, commercial real estate. There he learned the fundamentals of the business literally from the ground up by maintaining and cleaning up properties. Richmond received a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Business Administration with Honors, majoring in Real Estate Finance from the University of Alabama and subsequently graduated from Southern Methodist University after receiving his Master’s in Business Administration. Richmond’s extensive education and experience in a variety of real estate disciplines allows him to bring a unique insight to his clients. Richmond prides himself on an exceptional work ethic and attention to detail. These traits coupled with his ability to effectively explain complex concepts has allowed Richmond to immediately excel in understanding his client’s needs and working to exceed their expectations.
