Bio

Allen is currently a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and is licensed for providing trading services in BC. As an associate with Macdonald Commercial, Allen handles site assemblies and income property sales. For the past 15 years, in various capacities, Allen has worked with REITS, real estate limited partnerships, exempt market dealers, land development companies, and many different private stakeholders on investment projects. He began his career financing equity for large land transactions. After a decade of working in private equity, Allen founded a boutique real estate company which specialized in sourcing infill development land and income producing properties. Allen's extensive experience in real estate and his business acumen are truly invaluable assets as he assists his clients to pursue their real estate objectives.
