Persistent and tenacious, Carl always digs in to find the right approach for any deal situation faced by his real estate clients. Working in tandem with our team of Macdonald Commercial sales and leasing professionals, Carl brings multidisciplinary strength to each real estate transaction. Prior to a career in land assembly and commercial real estate, Carl spent half a decade in the financial service industry as a financial advisor and focused on achieving his clients’ investment objectives. After realizing his true passion for real estate investment and development, he pursued and obtained his trading services license through Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia and never looked back. Carl has extensive experience in appraising, negotiating, and marketing land assemblies and development sites throughout Vancouver’s Lower Mainland. Tech savvy and forward-thinking, Carl is also skilled at working with large data sets and building real estate financial modeling in MS Excel. Carl loves to travel. He hitchhiked some 7000 kilometers across Iran and Turkey with his wife and created many cherished memories of people, places and food. Carl also enjoys his time volunteering at VanDusen Botanical Garden as a tour guide, cycling throughout the Lower Mainland and learning about classical music and opera.
