C O M P A N Y E X P E R I E N C E Chuck has 37 years of experience in commercial real estate activities in Central Florida, including leasing, sales, property management, asset management, development, loan workouts, expert witness and receivership. He is Founder of First Capital Property Group, Inc., a full service commercial real estate company and an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®). Prior to First Capital Property Group, he served as Vice President of CNL Properties, an affiliate of CNL Financial Group, Inc., a multi-billion dollar real estate company. Chuck has served as General Partner or Managing Member for over twenty real estate syndications. He has served as a Court-Appointed Receiver in 6 Circuit Courts throughout Florida. P R O F E S S I O N A L A C C O M P L I S H M E N T S Chuck is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is a member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), CCIM Institute, and Greater Seminole County Chamber. He is an alumnus of the Lifework Leadership Orlando and Business Force. He has served as Chairman of the Seminole County Contractor Examination Board, District III Chairman of the Seminole County Republican Executive Committee, and several US Academy Selection Boards. Chuck was recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as a ‘2015 Veteran of Influence Honoree’. Other previous employment includes Vice President and General Manager at Morley Properties, Inc., as well as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy.
