C O M P A N Y E X P E R I E N C E Prior to joining FCPG, Hunter Strickland directed his efforts towards leasing & tenant prospecting for numerous local property owners. This skill set enables Hunter to interact effectively with a wide variety of clients. Hunter has experience with landlord & tenant representation in industrial, land, office & retail transactions. Hunter focuses on Landlord and Tenant representation for office and industrial space in Central Florida. P R O F E S S I O N A L A C C O M P L I S H M E N T S Hunter previously worked on a team responsible for leasing a portfolio of industrial properties exceeding 4 million square feet. Recently, Hunter has completed $5-million of office and retail transactions as well. Hunter has helped clients with site selection and evaluation, lease negotiation, lease analysis, market surveys, tenant buildout analysis and purchase decisions. His experience with both tenant and landlord representation enables him to add value to both sides of a transaction.
