Bio

Julie Santaularia is the Director of Marketing and Client Relations at Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services. She directs all Bradford social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google My Business and Instagram), website, SEO vendor management, and email marketing. Known for her integrity, professionalism, she has the ability to incorporate the clients’ strategic vision into all marketing projects. Julie’s duties include managing Bradford’s collateral materials design and production including, but not limited to, brochures, flyers, postcards, proposals, property management packages, client pitch materials, and placemats She also leads, develops and designs successful marketing campaigns for real estate leasing and disposition. Julie is highly creative and innovative delivering fresh new designs while following company brand guidelines. Some of the projects she has worked on produced large scale deals. Julie also manages Bradford Client Services which involves both new Business Development and customer retention Her excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with inventive designs enable Julie to work in a fast pace environment. She has expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat as well as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Julie enjoys working as a team and collaborating on projects. By identifying goals for each project and adhering to strict brand guidelines, this allows her to be disciplined to work individually with Bradford personnel and clients to meet deadlines with quality and excellence. Currently, she is a member of BOMA Greater Dallas, CREW Dallas, and CORFAC International. Julie attended the University of North Texas and earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Leadership Development. Her hobbies include are working out, cooking, volunteering and spending time with her dog (Poe), family and friends.
