John joined the King Industrial family in 2019 while enrolled in Georgia State University’s inaugural class of the Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate program. He began as an intern researching industrial properties and market data, before transitioning to being a Sales Associate at the beginning of 2020. John has since been promoted to Advisor. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation, while staying particularly active in the I-85/N Doraville and I-75/N Marietta corridors. John works to ensure that his clients understand both sides of the deal so that no value is left on the table when transactions are executed. He is forwarding thinking and dedicated to promoting innovation in the uses of GIS software, UAV tech, and Creative Cloud applications within the industrial real estate industry. John’s high attention to detail as well as his previous background in servicing leading research and policy institutions are valuable assets to King’s industrial real estate team.
