Clyde joined King Industrial Realty in February 2021 as a Sales Associate and has since been promoted to Advisor. Clyde is focused on tenant representation, leasing/selling of industrial properties, land acquisitions and investment sales with an emphasis on the I-85 Northeast corridor and the surrounding metro areas. Prior to joining King Industrial Realty, Clyde worked as a Development Associate with Easlan Capital Partners of Atlanta, Inc. As such, his experience in large scale commercial development projects, including hospitality, multi-family, and retail offer him a unique perspective that clients find very advantageous.
