Travis Hansen is an advisor at Dickson Commercial Group specializing in both the industrial and office markets in Northern Nevada. Travis is an expert in his field with nearly 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. He achieved the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation (2021) as well as the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation (2015). Travis is dedicated to providing his clients with the best service and market intelligence possible. Travis began his career in Reno in 2007 with Stark & Associates Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide. As evidence of his passion and commitment, Travis started in the role of market research and worked his way up to Vice President. During his time at Stark & Associates, Travis gained extensive experience in all aspects of the business. The next chapter of his career began when he joined Dickson Commercial Group in 2017. The last five years have further developed his expertise with asset management, acquisitions, leasing, property management and daily operations, as well as his market knowledge of the Northern Nevada area. With a personal belief system that prioritizes integrity, communication, trust, and transparency, Travis has worked diligently to maintain and build strong relationships with his growing client portfolio of business owners, institutional investors, developers and financial institutions. Travis is a native Nevadan and takes great pride in his community. He’s a member of the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN). He’s also an avid golfer and has been a board member of the First Tee of Northern Nevada since 2012, and he’s currently serving as the board chair. When not golfing or cheering for the Nevada Wolf Pack, you will find Travis spending quality time with his wife, Elyse, and their two young daughters, Elliott and Remy.
