Bio

Stewart joined Piedmont Properties in 2021 and focuses on tenant and buyer representation for industrial warehouse, flex and manufacturing users. Over the past several years as an industrial expert, Stewart has consulted and transacted with large global companies, manufacturers, and logistics companies. Stewart is experienced in all aspects of corporate real estate including lease negotiation and restructuring, strategic planning, portfolio optimization, build-to-suit oversight, and site selection consulting. His experienced has also included the disposition of single and multi-tenant industrial facilities and the marketing and sales of major tracts of land. As a Charlotte native, and with a passion for service to the community, Stewart also works with non-profit organizations as it relates to their real estate portfolios. He has worked with multiple groups including charter schools, religious organizations and other not-for-profits to assist in developing and implementing a real estate strategy to best serve their unique requirements. Stewart's focus is on providing transformational outcomes for his client's. Outcomes that are accomplished through deep market intelligence, tactical negotiations, attention to detail and above and beyond client care.
