Kelvin is an 18-year industry veteran having started his career at Macdonald Commercial in 2006, mentored by colleagues, before moving to the Vancouver office of Colliers in 2012. Over the next decade, Kelvin rose through the ranks to become a respected top sales and leasing producer with many awards at Colliers in Canada. Kelvin's impressive track record of commercial property transactions has cemented his outstanding reputation in the real estate industry and therefore, secured his position as one of the leading brokerage professionals and advisors in the marketplace. Over the past 18 years, Kelvin has worked extensively in investment sales across a wide spectrum of property sectors including retail, multi-family, industrial and office; and handling land transactions for property owners and local developers and those with offshore roots. As a highly driven leader with a wealth of knowledge and client focused approach, Kelvin has built many great relationships over the years and has personally completed significant deals amounting to over $1 billion in total transactions and over 500,000 square feet of commercial leasing space. Besides Kelvin's passion in real estate, Kelvin also prides himself as a mentor and coach for the junior brokers. His desire to see his mentee succeed is evident in his love and devotion in training the junior brokers to succeed in their real estate career. Returning to Macdonald Commercial in 2022, Kelvin formed the Luk Real Estate Group, a top performing retail and investment team in Vancouver with 25 years of combined experience, whom he has personally coached. The Luk Real Estate Group will continue to provide outstanding customer service and valuable insights in the lower Mainland commercial Real Estate industry with a primary focus on investment property sales and leasing of Retail and industrial properties along with development sites in Metro Vancouver. Kelvin graduated in 2004 with a specialization in Marketing Management and Commercial Real Estate. Kelvin is bilingual and can speak both English and Cantonese, which is a great value to his international clients. In his free time, Kelvin enjoys travelling, experiencing different culture and is an avid foodie. Kelvin's hobby includes his passion and love for sports cars and watches, the rarer the better.
