Bio

Lee specializes in investment sales, site selection and development, landlord and tenant representation and buyer and seller representation. He has particular expertise in infill development areas and a deep understanding of local existing entitlements and zoning processes. After joining Southeast Venture as a property manager in 2011, Lee joined the brokerage team in 2016, the development team in 2022, and became a principal in 2022. Lee primarily focuses on investment sales, site selection, and land sales. Additionally, he works on landlord and tenant representation assignments.
