As a member of the Luk Real Estate Group, Allan brings with him a wealth of experience and relationships in the real estate industry. Over the past 8 years in the industry, Allan has assisted numerous clients achieve success in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions of more than 150 million dollars in transaction value. Allan’s experience extends to land development, industrial, income and project marketing properties. Allan’s specialization and primary focus will be in land and development. Allan attended Simon Fraser University for Bachelor of Art Economic major. With an Economic Major, Allan has strong understanding in financial analysis and modeling. He believes in long term relationships and his language proficiency in mandarin and Cantonese have allowed him to build in-depth relationships and connections between Asia and Canada. Here at the Luk Real Estate Group, Allan seeks to understand every clients’ needs and will strategize to maximize clients’ interest in every transaction. Allan believes that his real estate experience paired with the Luk Real Estate Group being one of the top retail and investment commercial team in Greater Vancouver will be greatly beneficial to helping clients excel and reach their investment goals. When Allan is out of office, Allan enjoys reading, golfing, and traveling. One of his favorite book of all time is Three Body by Liu Cixin.
