Bio

Larry has been actively involved in the BC commercial real estate industry since 1989, specializing in leasing, sales and consulting. He started his career as the assistant to the Vice President of Sales at Knowlton Realty. He stayed with Knowlton until the company was sold to Torode Realty in January 1997. He possesses solid technical skills, including financial analysis, legal negotiation and portfolio evaluation. His main focus is on serving high net worth investors and the Canadian institutional market. Larry holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of British Columbia with a specialization in Urban Land Economics.
