Specializing in industrial sales, leasing, and development, with expertise in land use planning and project management. Brad is a Partner and Associate Broker at ClearView, with a focus on industrial leasing, sales, and development. His background, underpinned by an undergraduate degree in land use planning from the University of Calgary, spans leasing surface rights on Crown land, municipal development, and project management. A decade of practical real estate experience enables him to understand clients' needs and craft solutions to their unique challenges. Joining the ClearView team in 2023, Brad focuses on sales and leasing of industrial properties, development land, investments, and office spaces.
