Bio

Nicholas is a Partner and Principal Broker at Capacity Commercial Group with over 19 years of experience in commercial real estate. Nicholas was the former President and a Partner at Real Estate Investment Group prior to merging with Capacity Commercial Group in 2020. Nicholas started his brokerage career in 2005 and has focused on investment sales, land sales, retail leasing and redevelopment projects. Nicholas has participated in the sales and leasing over $1 billion of real estate projects. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Finance from Santa Clara University. Notable achievements include the Portland Business Journal 40 Under 40 in 2021 and the OR / SW Washington Commercial Associate of Brokers Retail Team of the Year for Oregon and Washington five years in a row (2018-2022).
