Since joining the Endura team in 2011, Willie has worked on a wide variety of asset classes. His reputation for professionalism and his “do it right” attitude are second to none. He is proud to represent some of the most reputable clients in the San Antonio market. Willie also dedicates himself to acquiring investment and development opportunities on behalf of Endura Development Partners. He stays involved at all levels of the process - opportunity identification, underwriting, feasibility studies, financial modeling, closing, development and disposition. His involvement in the projects has provided Willie a well-rounded knowledge of the real estate industry that makes him an invaluable partner both as a member of the Endura team and as a third party broker for sophisticated clients. Prior to starting his commercial real estate career, Willie had a brief stint in professional baseball with the Atlanta Braves. The hard work and dedication he used on the field has transcended into his real estate career.
