Bio

Charlie Hargis has been a successful producer in the San Antonio market for over 23 years. He has focused primarily on project leasing for industrial properties for both institutional and local clients. He has also worked in tenant representation, site selection, land purchase/sales and investment sales. Serving initially as an agent, Charlie rose to become the market officer for Prologis, the worlds largest publicly traded industrial real estate company, San Antonio office. He has been responsible for over $250 million in industrial developments and acquisitions within the San Antonio market and completed over 1,000 leases, representing over 30 million square feet. Charlie oversaw all property management for the market and was the point-man for all property level disputes (including property tax contesting, litigation for tenant defaults, and litigations for lawsuits filed by tenants against Prologis).
