Bio

Eric joined Endura in 2008 after graduating from college and is now one of the Principals with the firm. Over the last 13 years, he has worked on a wide range of assignments including land and investment sales, tenant representation, project leasing and retail development. Eric also works with various retailers on their site selection, as well as representing investors on their investment purchases and dispositions. His role at Endura also includes providing financial analysis for the firm’s investors. Eric was instrumental in bringing large anchor tenants to the newly developed community shopping center Shops at Dove Creek, in far-west San Antonio. He is enthusiastic, energetic and focused and has built a reputation in the real estate community based on excellence in customer service and integrity.
