Currently an undergraduate at UNLV, Jaydin is pursuing his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and Urban Economics, showcasing his commitment to honing his expertise in the field. Jaydin is the President of the UNLV Real Estate & Business Society (REBS), where he coordinates insightful site tours, networking events, and engaging panel discussions with industry luminaries to benefit society members. His commitment to fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing has earned him well-deserved admiration within the real estate community. Alongside his esteemed partner, Mervat Berry, Jaydin excels in the art of acquisitions/dispositions and lease representation for retail properties, showcasing his expertise in strategic decision-making and astute negotiation skills. Beyond his professional pursuits, Jaydin is a trailblazing founder of the Nevada Beta Chapter of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. He is an advocate for the transformative power of fraternity and sorority life within the realm of higher education. His contributions as Treasurer and Member Educator have garnered international recognition, elevating the impact of these programs on a global scale. When Jaydin isn’t immersed in academia or business endeavors, he embraces his passion for leisure activities, such as golfing, bowling, and cheering on college and NFL football. He is also an avid supporter of the VGK (Vegas Golden Knights) and professional racing, regularly patronizing Speed Vegas and the iconic Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
