Bio

Buck has been integral in guiding local and multi-national clients in commercial investment, acquisition, and asset disposition. Within that particular subset, his areas of expertise include finding non-traditional, long term value-add tenancy, strategic growth planning, transaction management, and financial restructuring. He is drawn to specialized practices and as a result, he was instrumental in the real estate marketplace transition with regards to the state referendum and eventually legalization of recreational cannabis. His practice has represented several of the largest brands that currently call Las Vegas home and he’s been used as a consultant and resource by many local and national landlord and ownership interest groups with questions related to the tenancy of operations that are legal at the State level but not yet approved at the Federal level. He has been involved in the mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions of several industrial buildings and the licenses associated with the cannabis industry. In addition, he’s regarded as a field authority on the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa program and his vast experience in sourcing overseas investment and working within the complicated cultural, legal, and ethical considerations of the EB-5 initiative are important assets when seeking non-traditional financing methods. He speaks several languages fluently and is well versed in the customs of business cultures around the world.
