Bio

Damian van Loon has been passionate about real estate since acquiring his first personal multi-family real estate investment while attending University. Damian always knew that he wanted to chart a path helping others and found his true calling in real estate serving his clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. Over the past 2 decades, he has been involved in the sales and marketing of over $1 billion of real estate across Canada and the United States. After graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Damian worked in the single-family residential area of the real estate business. For many years he worked with first-time home buyers to sophisticated investors, and he would target his services to each and every client’s individual needs. He enjoyed that experience but as someone who continues to challenge their personal and professional development, he quickly found that the commercial sector was where he could best utilize his expertise and industry knowledge. Passionate about real estate investment, Damian shares this knowledge and experience to assist and educate his clients with their real estate goals. As a long-term resident of Las Vegas, Damian has a great appreciation and understanding of the city’s diversity, culture, and architectural integrity, and his practical knowledge of each neighborhood is what makes him excel in matching people with properties.
