Randy Zhao brings a wealth of experience in finance and commercial real estate, helping his clients make smart, strategic investment decisions; including an international perspective. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Simon Fraser University, Randy began his career as a Senior Investment Advisor. He further honed his expertise in the Fixed Income Department of an investment banking firm in China, playing a pivotal role underwriting over $600 million in bonds for government and state-owned enterprises. Since becoming a licensed real estate professional in 2017, Randy has specialized in the sale and lease of industrial and investment properties. With over $100 million in transactions and more than 150 deals completed, he takes pride in helping his clients identify opportunities to grow their portfolios effectively. Adept at working on behalf of sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants, Randy’s insight and expertise continue to be valuable assets for clients across Metro Vancouver.
